本規約は、リアルバインド(以下「当社」)が提供する Firesboard(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. ベータ提供
本サービスはベータ版として提供しています。機能・仕様・料金は予告なく 変更されることがあり、提供を停止することもあります。保存されたデータが失われる可能性があります。
2. 無保証
本サービスは現状有姿(as is)で提供されます。当社は、本サービスおよび そこに表示される数値が、正確であること・利用者の目的に適合すること・中断なく利用できることを 保証しません。表示される数値は Google アナリティクスなど外部サービスの API に由来し、外部サービス側の仕様変更・障害・データの 遅延や欠落の影響を受けます。
3. 禁止事項
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 権限を持たない Google アナリティクスのプロパティを接続する行為
- 他の利用者・第三者・当社の権利または利益を侵害する行為
- 本サービスに不正にアクセスし、または過大な負荷をかける行為
- 本サービスを複製・改変・逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリングする行為
4. 利用者のデータの取り扱い
利用者が接続した Google アナリティクスのデータの取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに定めるとおりです。
5. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。

These Terms govern the use of Firesboard ("the Service"), operated by REALBIND.inc ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Beta
The Service is provided as a beta. Features, specifications and pricing may change without notice, and the Service may be discontinued. Stored data may be lost.
2. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the Service, or the numbers it displays, are accurate, fit for the user's purpose, or available without interruption. The numbers originate from third-party APIs such as Google Analytics, and are therefore subject to those services' changes, outages, delays and data gaps.
3. Prohibited conduct
- violating any law or public order;
- connecting a Google Analytics property you are not authorised to access;
- infringing the rights or interests of other users, third parties or us;
- accessing the Service improperly, or placing an excessive load on it;
- copying, modifying, decompiling or reverse-engineering the Service.
4. User data
Google Analytics data connected by the user is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
